Woodchuck Norris is a woodchuck and a movie star in T.U.F.F. Puppy, appearing only in Acting TUFF.
He has acted in several action movies, and is Dudley's favorite actor. He dresses as a cowboy, has a stubble beard and is very small (about twice The Chief's size) despite being very tough.
