Willy Wombat's Candy Factory, which is owned by Willy Wombat, is a candy factory that has only appeared in the episode Candy Cane-ine. Dudley and Kitty broke into the factory and stole the Atomic Bomb Pop. They thought they were stealing it to test the factory's security system, but it turned out that The Chameleon had tricked them into giving it to him.
