"When Jesus heard this, he was amazed and said to those following him, 'Amen, I say to you, in no one in Israel have I found such faith.'" - Matthew 8: 10

My Dear Friends,

For one week now we have been united in prayer as our friend, Matt, has battled his way through this turbulant time in his life. His battle became our battle, His fight, our fight, and now we must persue this fight even more as we unite in prayer for Matt. He has done many good things and, if be God's will, He will remain with us to continue. I know he is an agnostic, he himself told me that on one of our chats, but that does not mean God can't help him. Remember that Christ came for Gentiles and Jews and, as my priest once said "the sun shines on all, even to those who refuse to acnolage it and even to the blind". I had said this already when we began our prayer campaign and i will say it again, Let us Storm the Heavens with our voices. As Christ said "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." (Mt. 18:20) We must be strong for Matt. As I told him, "Have faith in us as we have faith in you". Let us be one then as we join in prayer for him. Below is a prayer i composed but I encourage you to post your prayers as well for Matt. May God Bless us all

Your Brother in Christ,

Most merciful Father,

all things are of your will, You raise up all by your very word

hear us now, we gather before you in humble prayer as we plead for the sustinance of our brother, Matt. Raise him up from his illness and renew him in spirit. Cast upon him a look of mercy that he may remain and serve you through his brothers and sisters.

But above all, Lord, we surrender to your will. For we know that if you will it, we are blessed.
