About me

I love T.U.F.F. Puppy, for I think that it is the best Butch Hartman cartoon ever! It is funny and action-oriented. Also, the series plot is quite reminiscent of Get Smart: A bungler of a secret agent (Dudley Puppy, voiced by iCarly's Jerry Trainor) and his extremely beautiful partner (Kitty Katswell, voiced by the great Grey DeLisle, also my favourite character from the show and one of my all time favourites) fighting against the forces of bad. Small wonder as to why Butch Hartman, the creator, described T.U.F.F. Puppy as "Get Smart with a dog", although I do also see a slight hint of Inspector Gadget (another show I simply worship) in it.

That is why I am on this wiki, to fix things up a bit and enjoy the fun. T.U.F.F. Puppy forever!

My Favourite Episodes of T.U.F.F. Puppy

Kitty Katswell: A Force To Be Reckoned With

Agent Puppy is so lucky to have a partner as such, for Agent Kitty Katswell is beautiful, gorgeous, cute, flexible, tomboyish, talented in martial arts and usage of weaponry, and has retractable, razor sharp claws that scratch like nobody's business. No wonder she’s T.U.F.F.'s top agent (or at least one of them). She's also quite short tempered, but we won't go into that now. Mind you, she does look beautiful when she's angry.

Kitty does also tend to go berserk whenever she sees a thing that cats like (e.g: mice, balls of yarn, red laser dots, etc), due to her being... well... a cat. And yet, that's another reason why she's my favourite character, the fact that Kitty becomes intoxicated due to her feline instincts. Mind you, it does distract her from her job.

Anyway, that’s Kitty Katswell: Definitely a character worth talking about. Her cuteness, beauty, kick-butt attitude, tomboyish personality, flexibility, martial arts skills, capable usage of weapons, and razor sharp claws are what make her a force to be reckoned with. Cross the wrong path with this cat and you'll be scratching post material! REOW!

My IMDB Review of T.U.F.F. Puppy

Get Smart With Animals

Ever since Get Smart, a true spy spoof sensation, was made back in the 1960s, it has had quite an influence on television over the years, spawning great shows like Inspector Gadget and, in this case, T.U.F.F. Puppy.

The show's main character Dudley Puppy (voiced by Jerry Trainor of iCarly fame) is a mixed-breed dog who works as a secret agent for the spy organisation T.U.F.F. (Turbo Undercover Fighting Force), and whose behaviour and personality is quite reminiscent of both Maxwell Smart and Inspector Gadget (Maxwell Smart's animated counterpart), as they tend to bungle on their missions, as well as sometimes falsely accusing the innocent. But unlike Smart and Gadget, however, Dudley is much more hyperactive and dramatic.

And then there is Dudley's partner, the very beautiful and more competent (although she can be just as incompetent and carried away as Dudley at times) Kitty Katswell (voiced by the great Grey DeLisle), T.U.F.F.'s best agent, an expert in weaponry, martial arts, and capable of speaking 120 dialects. Also, she is the feline equivalent of Agent 99 from Get Smart, albeit with a much shorter temper, and much more attitude. Kitty is also my favourite character from the show and in the top 10 list of my favourite female TV characters, along with Agent 99 (of course), WordGirl, and Penny from Inspector Gadget.

I really am truly convinced that T.U.F.F. Puppy is pretty much basically Get Smart (with a hint of Inspector Gadget) with animals, after having seen so many trivial facts on the T.U.F.F. Puppy Wikia referring to certain episodes of Get Smart and how they are near similar to certain episodes of T.U.F.F. Puppy.

T.U.F.F. Puppy may not be the best cartoon in the world, but that is not to say that is a bad cartoon. Quite the opposite, in fact. It is an epic cartoon. Butch Hartman has done wonders with it and I congratulate him. I don't care what certain other people say about this cartoon, no matter how good, bad, or harsh their words are. I personally love T.U.F.F. Puppy to death and nothing will ever put me off it!
