The Seal of Approval is The Caped Cod's sidekick who never speaks and just does whatever he says. So far, he has appeared in Cold Fish and Hush Puppy. During Cold Fish, The Seal of Approval constantly tries to eat The Caped Cod. He also claps for anything, even world hunger.
