Scary Jimmy is a bull who works as a janitor at T.U.F.F. As his name suggests, he is a very suspicious and strange person. He is implied to be somewhat of a shut-in, mentally unstable, and potentially harmful. He even claims that he can memorize the backs of people's heads looking behind them or not.
