Scary Jimmy is a bull who works as a janitor at T.U.F.F. As his name suggests, he is a very suspicious and strange person. He is implied to be somewhat of a shut-in, mentally unstable, paranoid, and potentially harmful. He even claims that he can memorize the backs of people's heads looking behind them or not.
Despite his large and gruff appearance, he actually has a light voice and sounds very nervous. He seems to be concerned about the voices he hears in his head, and it is implied that he has a habit of breaking things whenever he gets angry, such as his mop. He also appears to prefer working in the dark, as well as using only a few lights for when he is in his house.
