Mutts and Bolts is the seveny-fourth episode of T.U.F.F. Puppy and the thirty-fifth episode of the second season.
Synopsis[]
During a rainy day, Dudley is accidentally eletrocuted by a lightning bolt, giving him the ability to predict the future. When Snaptrap finds out about this, he tries to be struck by another lightning bolt at the top of Petropolis Power and Energy, but it can cause a blackout throughout the whole city in the process.
