KIL-R in his normal form

KIL-R (pronounced "killer"), also codenamed "Kylar" or "Kyle", was an evil robot controlled by Verminious Snaptrap who almost destroyed T.U.F.F. but he didn't because of his friendship with Dudley Puppy. Because of that, he became a T.U.F.F. agent. He only appeared in Dog's Best Friend.

Trivia

• KIL-R is a parody of Johnny 5, from Short Circuit, and WALL-E, from the movie of the same name.
• He is the second non-animal T.U.F.F. Agent and the fourth non-animal character in the series.
• Just like in the show that T.U.F.F. Puppy was inspired by the TV show Get Smart, KIL-R might be the counterpart of the android named Hymie, which belonged to the evil organization KAOS. But turned to the side of good thanks to agent Maxwell Smart, the counterpart of Dudley.
• His known weapons are plasma cannons, lasers, flamethrowers, bees, and hot sauce.
• He is also shown to have a built in oven.
• Snaptrap was too lazy to read the manual for him, which could have resulted in a very different outcome.
