The President of the Universe's fiancee is a graduate of Petropolis High School, like Dudley. She, apparently, is the President of the Universe's fiance and only appeared in Big Dog on Campus. Not much else is known about her. She is voiced by Grey DeLisle.

- This character has a nickname among fans - Rachel O'Foxy. This originates from a rumor which apparently stated that Butch Hartman liked the name of a fan character named Rachel O'Foxy so much, he adopted it in the show. Despite this being highly unlikely, the name seems to have stuck among fans of the show.
