Daniel Boone Looney
Daniel Boone Looney is the founder of Petropolis and the creator of the city's code of laws. He only appeared as a statue in Legal Beagle. The raccoon that sits on his head was supposedly the one who gave him advice on what the laws should be, which implies that he was crazy. His laws were undone by his descendant, George Looney.
