Cruise's Captain
The unnamed Cruise Captain is a character who Dudley accidentally knocked overboard into the sea and took his hat. He has only appeared in Cruisin' for a Bruisin'. It is highly unlikely he will make another appearance as he may have drowned after being knocked overboard.
