Carlos Alazraqui (born July 20, 1962) is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, singer, impressionist, film producer and screenwriter. He is best known for the voice of Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life, Winslow T. Oddfellow and Lube from CatDog, Scooter from Spongebob Squarepants, Denzel Crocker and Juandissimo Magnifico from The Fairly Oddparents, Lazlo and Clam from Camp Lazlo and Hector and Carlos from The Loud House and he is best known as the role of Deputy James Garcia from Reno 911! and the movie Reno 911!: Miami. He is also known for other character voices including Mr. Weed from Family Guy, Gug Gugleamo from Detention, Ricochet from ¡Mucha Lucha!, Grandpapi/Puma Loco from El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera, Paco from the PBS kids show Maya and Miguel, Walden from Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!, Monroe form The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, Felipe the Phillips-head screwdriver from the Playhouse Disney series Handy Manny, one of the Haunted House party guests from the HBO Family series Crashbox, and also the voices of General Posada and Chuy (the pig) from the 3D computer-animated film The Book of Life. Carlos has also performed more than 100 movies, video games and commercials as well as performing stand-up comedy.
