The unnamed Camp Counselor is a blue female rabbit who appeared in Snappy Campers. She is portrayed as an enthusiastic and upbeat woman with a deep nasally inflection to her voice. As her conjectural name suggests, she is a camp counselor at Camp Itchy-Owie-Boo-Boo and has been for quite a long time as she was present at the camp even during Snaptrap's flashbacks of his youth. In her earlier years she was the presenter of the "Camp Champ" award, of which one particular year she awarded to "everyone but Verminous Snaptrap" on account of the latter's atrocious conduct. When the young Snaptrap questioned why he was snubbed from the award she rebuked him by stating he bullied the junior campers, cheated at every event, and blew up the mess hall.
In the present day she appears to have aged considerably, with crows feet and grey streaks of hair now visible on her person. She continues to work as a camp counselor and presenter of the Camp Champ award. After the events of Snappy Campers she once again bestows the award to everyone while snubbing Snaptrap in the process just as she had done years before.
She is voiced by Grey DeLisle.
