Transcript

• (The episode starts at the convention center for the Petropolis International Booby Con; Bird Brain and co. land his Whirly Bird helicopter)

• Bird Brain: (laughs) "Here we are at the First Annual Blue-bottomed Booby Convention! I hope we can get a seat. It's going to be packed!"

• (cut to Bird Brain entering the convention center with Owl, Bat and Zippy; it is completely empty — tumbleweed drifts by and the sound of an eagle screech fills the hall)

• Bird Brain: "Or not. (to Zippy) I thought there'd be blue-bottomed boobies everywhere!"

• Owl: "Who?"

• Bird Brain: "Boobies!"

• Bat: "Where?"

• Bird Brain: "HERE! At the convention!" (facepalm) "Oh Zippy, I am so disappointed... not just because my henchmen are idiots.." (Bat walks into a wall, banging his head) "It appears that I'm the only blue-bottomed booby, in existence." (tears up)

• Zippy: "Look on the bright side boss, you can be the first in line at the buffet." (Bird Brain looks over to blue-bottomed buffet '— Owl and Bat are there) "Or third."

• Bird Brain: "Save me some lox Owl.

• Owl: (at the buffet) "Who?"

• Bird Brain: "ME!"

• Bat: (looks around) "Where?"

• Bird Brain: (jumps up) "At the buffet table!" (mutters) "What I wouldn't give for a taser right now!"

• Zippy: "You know boss, there is another advantage to being the only blue-bottomed booby.."

• Bird Brain: (holding phone and taser magazine) "Keep talking. I'm on hold with the taser store."

• Zippy: "If you're the only booby, then you're an endangered species."

• Bird Brain: (observes Owl and Bat, who are eating at a table) "Not as endangered as those two if my credit cards approved."

• Zippy: "No boss. I mean you're protected. You can be as evil as you want and no one can do a thing to stop you!"

• Bird Brain: "Wait a minute... Hold the phone!"

• Zippy: (excited) "Are you getting an idea?"

• Bird Brain: "No, I want you to hold the phone. (hands cellphone to Zippy, she falls to the ground under its weight) "This is wonderful! I'm above the law! I llllove being the only booby!"

• Unnamed Blue-bottomed Booby: (walks in) "Greetings, fellow booby."

• (suddenly and inexplicably tied to a rocket outside the convention hall)

• Bird Brain: (finishes tying him up) "Hello... and goodbye!" (rocket takes off, booby screams) "After a brief scare, I am once again the only blue-bottomed booby. Now to hatch my most diabolical plan, ever! Right after I hit the buffet and build my own sundae." (walks off)

• (T.U.F.F. transition to T.U.F.F. headquarters; arriving from his morning commute, the Chief emerges out of an elevator to find the place has been chewed apart)

• The Chief: (drops newspaper and coffee) "Aaahh!"

• ("T" in T.U.F.F. sign falls off wall, water gushes out of water cooler and gnawed computer monitor sparks and then explodes)

• The Chief: "Oh no we've been attacked!" (jumps over chewed through red phones to reach phone to Julian) "Initiate countermeasures, while I call the T.U.F.F. decorator!" (picks up phone) "Hello, Julian..red alert! The wicker credenza's been hit!"

• (Kitty and Keswick are incensed, they look at Dudley sternly)

• Keswick: "We haven't been attacked Chief, Agent Puppy's been ch-chaa-chewing the furniture again!"

• Dudley: (chewing a table, stops) "Have not!"

• The Chief: "Uggh, this is worse than when Agent Katswell was leaving dead mice at my door!"

• Kitty: "Those were presents! And you said that you liked them."

• (red alert; sirens ring)

• Keswick: (in front of mainframe. typing; brings up video) "I just got intel that Bird Brain is r-rah-robbing the Twigs n' Things furniture store."

• The Chief: "Oh, that's where Julian found me that wonderful wicker love seat."

• Dudley: (slides chair leg into mouth, wipes himself with napkin) "It was delicious Chief... I mean..the janitor stole it!"

• (Dudley and Kitty run under pneumatic tube entrance)

• Kitty: "C'mon Dudley, let's catch Bird Brain before the Chief chews you out again!"

• Dudley: "Oh so he can chew stuff but I can't?!"

• (both are sucked up into pneumatic tube)

• (T.U.F.F. transition to outside the Twigs n' Things store; Bird Brain and his minions rush out carrying bundles of sticks; Dudley and Kitty confront them with blasters)

• Kitty: (aims blaster) "Okay Bird Brain, drop the twigs!"
• Dudley: (points blaster) "And the things!"
• Owl: (carrying a bundle of twigs) "Who?"
• Dudley: "You! You're goin' to jail."
• Bat: (also carrying twigs) "Where?"
• Dudley: (annoyed) "JAIL! It's next to the courthouse on Main Street! Boy they're irritating. Kitty, do you have a taser on you?"
• Bird Brain: "You can borrow mine, when it comes in."
• Kitty: (holds blaster to Bird Brain) "You'd better have it delivered to your prison cell Bird Brain, 'cause you're under arrest."
• Bird Brain: (drops sticks) "You can't arrest mee. I'm the last blue-bottomed booby in the world!" (pulls out card) "And I have an endangered species card, to prove it."
• Kitty: "That's a Starbeaks Coffee card."

• Bird Brain: (notices) "Oh, right. Two more stamps and I get a free flappuccino!" (pulls out his Petropolis Ecopolice Endangered Species card)
• Dudley: "Come on! You expect me to believe you're endangered just because you have that stupid card?"
• Bird Brain: (pulls beaver to his side) "I also have a certified member of the Petropolis Eco Police here."
• Bucky: "Hi, I'm Bucky the Eco Beaver, and Bird Brain's right."
• Owl: "Who?"

• (Owl shrieks in pain as Bucky tasers him; Owl then falls to the pavement as smoke rises from his body)
• Bucky: (holding taser) "I can do that because owls aren't endangered. My point is, as long as Bird Brain is the only booby, you can't lay a hand on him."
• Bird Brain: (picks up bundle of sticks) "Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to continue with my unstoppable crime spree! To the Whirly Bird!
• Bat: "Where?" (is tasered by Bucky and knocked unconscious)
• Bird Brain: "Thanks Eco Beaver! I owe you a flappucino!" (winches Owl and Bat into the Whirly Bird and flies off as the Eco Beaver, Dudley and Kitty watch)
• Dudley: "That's one crazy booby."
• (T.U.F.F. transition to Dudley and Kitty driving in the T.U.F.F. Mobile; they receive intel from the Chief)
• The Chief: (appears in holographic form) "Agents, Julian and I have just received intel that Bird Brain is robbing Lamp Chops." (Kitty and Dudley look at him, startled) "What? It's a lighting store owned by a sheep."
• Keswick: (appears in hologram) "Bird Brain's endangered Chief, they cah-c-cant arrest him.
• The Chief: "Ohh, right. Uh, forget I called." (pulls out list) "Julian, let's go with the textured seagrass." (transmission ends)
• Dudley: (smiles) "Kitty, I have a way to stop Bird Brain."
• (T.U.F.F. transition: the Whirly Bird is parked outside the Lamp Chops store; inside, Bird Brain and his minions are hauling loot away; the store's owner looks on, frustrated)
• Zippy: "No need to bring him up, he's endangered."
• Bird Brain: (pushing a shopping cart full of lamps) "Talk to the beaver."
• (sheep gazes at the Eco Beaver, who replies with a wink and a thumbs up)
• Kitty: (blocking exit; gives a stopping gesture) "That's it, Bird Brain, you're finally under arrest! I found another blue-bottomed booby!"
• (doors slide open, revealing Dudley in a booby costume)
• Dudley: (wearing booby disguise; spreads arms and flaps them) "YES. I am a booby, too. (receipt drops out of wings) "And that piece of paper I dropped is NOT a receipt from Booby Costumes n' Things." (eagerly whispers to Kitty) "I think he's buying it."
• Bird Brain: (folds arms) "Oh, really? Well if you're an actual booby, what's the official booby mating call?
• Dudley: "Uhhhhhhhhhh....." (starts walking like a chicken; bobs head) "COCK-A-DOOODLE-DOOOOOOO!" (stops, lays an egg) "I like pizza." (strikes a pose) "Ha-cha-cha-cha-cha!"
• (Bird Brain's eyes turn to hearts)
• Bird Brain: "Hubba-HUBBA!" (grabs Dudley) "Let's run away to my love nest in the Canary Islands!"
• Dudley: "Whoa whoa! Flag on the play! Heh." (throws off booby mask) "I'm not a booby, I'm a dog!"
• Bird Brain: "Gaaahhh!" (turns to Zippy) "I totally knew that!" (to Dudley) "And you weren't that pretty anyway. Now to make my exit!"
• Zippy: "Don't you mean egg-zit?"
• Bird Brain: "No, I don't."
• (Bird Brain and his accomplices leave with the cart; Dudley and Kitty are peeved)
• Dudley: (turns to sheep store owner) "Do you have any wicker lamps?"
• (T.U.F.F. transition to offices in the T.U.F.F. headquarters; the Chied, Keswick, Kitty and Dudley are meeting with each other)
• The Chief: (under the lens of his magnifying camera unicycle device) "We're helpless to stop Bird Brain!" (pulls out carpet samples) "All we can do is look at carpet samples and wait for him strike again."
• Bird Brain: (disembodied) "Hellooo! I'm striking again!"
• (everyone looks up: Bird Brain, Zippy, Owl and Bat are right above them on the second story—near a wall of filing cabinets)
• Kitty: "Bird Brain, what are you doing here?!"
• Bird Brain: "Well, I was going to rob a confetti store but there isn't one...so I'm going to shred your files to make some!" (pulls out drawer and empties its contents into a giant paper shredder below; laughs)
• Dudley: (panics) "HEY! That's my letter to Santa!"
• Bird Brain: (holds letter out, unraveling it to the ground; speaks with mock incredulity) "Really? It's awfully long."
• Dudley: "I was really good this year! And I deserve a lot of stuff!" (Bird Brain drops the letter into the shredder) "NOOOOOO!" (dives into the paper bin; holds together the shredded fragments of his drawing) "You monster! I drew a special picture of me and Santa and everything!" (fragments fall apart)
• (Dudley screams as he leaps over the handrails and pins Bird Brain down; Kitty tackles him off)
• Kitty: "Dudley, you can't! Remember the beaver!"
• Dudley: (as it happens) "Kitty, he just shredded your autographed poster of teen sensation Justin Timberwolf!"
• Kitty: (in an inferno of rage) "GET HIM! I mean, that's not mine."
• (Dudley and Kitty dive towards Bird Brain and start beating him up...until they notice-)
• Kitty: "Uh-oh Dudley! It's the Eco Beaver."

• Dudley: "Big whoop! What's he gonna do..put us in jail?!"
• (cut to a decrepit looking jail; Dudley and Kitty are in a cell, wearing prison stripes)
• Dudley: "Wow, he put us in jail."
• Snaptrap: (behind them) "Well, look what the beaver dragged in."
• (Dudley and Kitty turn around; Snaptrap is sitting on a bench behind them, holding a cup of pudding)
• Kitty: "Snaptrap? What are you doing here?!"
• Snaptrap: "I got busted for stealing pudding. But—in a delightful coincidence—it was pudding night in the prison cafeteria. Talk about serendipity!"
• Dudley: (whispers to Kitty) "I would, but I don't know what it means."
• Snaptrap: (eats pudding) "Shouldn't you guys be out stopping Bird Brain? Word has it he's gonna hatch a monster bird, and destroy Petropolis."
• Dudley: "Where'd ya hear that?!"
• Snaptrap: (holds out cellphone) "He's been tweetering about it on Facebeak all day." (News feed: "Bird Brain is hatching a Monster Bird to destroy Petropolis".Two People that idea.2 Comments.Owl:Who?.Bat:Where?)
• Kitty: "So that's why he stole all that stuff. He's building a giant nest to hatch the bird! We gotta stop him!"
• Dudley: "But how? These bars are made of solid wicker! Wait, why are these bars made of wicker?"
• Kitty: "The Chief had Julian redecorate the prison-" (points up) "-which explains the lovely baroque chandelier. Okay Dudley, chew us out of here!"
• Dudley: "I'd rather have pudding...."
• Kitty: "Dudley!" (Dudley jumps into action and chews through the wicker bars) "Good job. Let's go!" (Dudley and Kitty run out of the jail cell)
• Snaptrap: (left behind) "Ooooh, here's my chance! I'm gonna go to the prison caferteria, and get more pudding!" (Snaptrap sneaks out of his cell)
• Guard: (off-frame) "Are youse tryin' to ec-scape?" (Snaptrap is blasted off-screen, knocking his scorched cup of pudding into frame; he screams)
• Snaptrap: "I hate fried pudding!"
• (T.U.F.F. transition to Evil Lair Hill, lightning strikes accentuate the sound of Bird Brain's evil laughs; inside the tower, he presents his giant incubating egg to his minions)
• Bird Brain: "Behold idiot henchmen, inside this egg is a genetically-engineered monster bird, made with my own booby DNA!"
• Owl: "Who?"
• Bird Brain: "Oh come on that doesn't even apply here! Anyway, once I hatch the egg, I will command my monster bird to peck Petropolis to pieces!" (chortles maniacally as he flips a lever, turning his array of floodlights on)
• (the heat generated by these floodlights is trained onto the egg, causing it to hatch; a giant monster booby emerges from the nest, screeching)
• (Zippy, Bat and Owl flee in horror, whereas a delighted Bird Brain stays put)
• Bird Brain: "Okay monster bird, the city is that way." (points) "Start pecking!"
• (Dudley and Kitty break through doors and into the tower with blasters at the ready)
• Dudley: (aiming blaster) "Freeze Bird Brain! Whoa, big bird!
• Bird Brain: "Agents Puppy and Katswell! I'm about to unleash my monster on the city, and there's nothing you can do to stop me! I'm still the world's only blue-bottomed booby!" (laughs)
• (monster booby leaps towards the agents, who dodge to avoid being crushed)
• Dudley: "Whoa big blue butt!"
• Kitty: (relieved) "Dudley, do you know what this means?"
• Dudley: (whispers) "Is it serendipity?"
• Kitty: "No! Well, kinda." (points to monster booby) "He's another blue-bottomed booby!"
• Dudley: "Which means... what, exactly?
• Kitty: "Which means Bird Brain's not endangered anymore!"
• Bird Brain: "But you are! Peck the puppy, monster bird!"
• (Dudley and Kitty scream as they narrowly avoid the monster booby, who smashes its beak into the ground; they prepare to fire their blasters, only to lose them when the booby screeches a gust of air)
• Dudley: "Don't worry Kitty, I'll get us out of this!"
• (Dudley slides between the giant monster's legs, jumps up right behind it)

• Dudley: "Hi-gee-gee!"

• (he then boots it in the buttocks and runs towards a giant broken window, enticing the booby to give chase; just as the booby is within reach, he jumps off; the booby follows him)
• Bird Brain: "Oh dear, I hope he can fly better than I can."
• (booby walks off building and falls all the way to the ground, where it lands with a violent thud)
• Bird Brain: "Apparently not."
• Kitty: "DUDLEY!"
• (Dudley is hanging off the window ledge; booby is out cold, on the ground far below)
• Kitty: "Good work, you remembered blue-bottomed boobies can't fly!"
• Dudley: "YES! Wait, boobies can't fly?"

• (Kitty helps him up; the two exchange smiles, but are interrupted by wind gusts from the Whirly Bird as it take offs; Bird Brain is attempting to escape; the agents run outside)
• Kitty: (points) "Dudley, he's getting away!" (mailman dog arrives)
• Mailman: (holds out box) "Taser delivery for Mr. Bird Brain."
• (Dudley signs the package off, unpackages the taser, activates it and hurls it at the Whirly Bird; it strikes its target, electrocuting Bird Brain and blowing his helicopter to pieces; this sends him hurtling through the air until he crashes into the dirt—just in front of Agents Puppy and Katswell, who duly handcuff him)
• Dudley: "You're goin' to jail, Bird Brain!"
• Bird Brain: "Well, on the bright side..I heard it's pudding night."
• (T.U.F.F. transition to T.U.F.F. headquarters; Dudley, the Chief, Keswick and Kitty are gathered together)
• Keswick: "Good job, Agents Puppy and Katswell! You saved us all from that m-meh-meh-monster bird.
• The Chief: "I never actually saw the thing, but it did a number on my windshield! Honestly, I can't even find my car!"
• (red alert: alarm bells ring; video feed comes up on monitors)
• Keswick: "Chief, I'm getting intel that all the p-peh-prisoners in the Petropolis Jail have escaped! Some idiot chewed through the wicker bars."
• Dudley: (pointing to his mouth full of wicker sticks) "It wasn't mee!"
• (cut to Bird Brain, Owl and Bat inside a cell at the Petropolis Jail, all wearing prison stripes; the bars are chewed through)
• Bird Brain: "Ha-ha! Now I will escape, and wreak havoc on Petropolis!"
• Owl: "Who?"
• Bird Brain: "ME!"
• Bat: "Where?"
• Bird Brain: "In Petropolis! On second thought, I'm staying here."
• (Owl and Bat run off; with no one else left but Snaptrap — who is eating pudding; Bird Brain snatches his pudding)
• Snaptrap: "Hey! That's my pudding!"
• (out of nowhere, Bucky the Eco Beaver walks towards Bird Brain and tases him)
• Snaptrap: "Thanks Eco Beaver!"
• ENDING GAG
• (Snaptrap and Bucky the Eco Beaver strike a pose in the jail cell, with a shocked Bird Brain lying in the background)
• THE END
