Biff is an undercover agent of B.U.F.F. (British Undercover Fighting Force). He appeared in the episode, Dog Save the Queen. He is voiced by James Arnold Taylor.
Appearance[]
Biff is an elegant orange cat with three brown stripes on each cheek and five on his long tail. He has green eyes. He wears a suit with a purple bowtie, a gray jacket with black flats, a buttoned white shirt with tiny flats, black buttons, and sleeve cuffs with a tiny black button. A black belt and gray slacks. He also has two visible whiskers on each cheek.
