Agent Seabiscuit
Agent Seabiscuit is a horse agent who only appeared in The Dog Who Cried Fish. He was shown when he was offended by The Chief's quote when he said, "I'm so hungry I could eat a horse." He is voiced by Daran Norris. It is unknown if he will appear again. And he is also known as accountable, good-hearted, educated, no-nonsense, trustworthy, sympathetic, encouraging, affectionate, benevolent, independent, sweet, confident, understanding, industrious, truthful, attentive, gentlemanly, eager, noble, thoughtful, selfless, even-tempered, assertive, brainy, intellectual, sincere, caring, upbeat, idealistic and tidy.
