Agent Sea Cucumber is a T.U.F.F. agent who was seen only in the episode Acting TUFF. He doesn't have any speaking lines.
He is a green-colored sea cucumber who wears a black leather jacket over a white shirt, jeans and black boots. He also has black hair styled with a cowlick.
Agent Sea Cucumber lives in a fishbowl, similarly to Agent Goldfish. However, his fishbowl has a jukebox inside it.

- Agent Sea Cucumber's appearance and penchant for activating jukeboxes by hitting them is a reference to Arthur Hebert Fonzarelli (aka Fonzie) from the classic TV show Happy Days.
